ONTARIO ORDINANCE NO. 3231 OVERSIZED VEHICLE PARKING AND REGULATING COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

No more than two permits shall be issued for any specific oversized vehicle within any calendar month. Permits must have a minimum of 48 hours between issuances.

I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the statements and information contained in this application are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I agree to conform with all requirements of the ordinance. Furthermore, I agree to notify the City of Ontario License Division within ten (10) days of any change in the facts stated herein.
